Developers unveiled plans for "Audubon Alive." The downtown theme park would be focused on the Mississippi River and coastal Louisiana.
Plans include everything from water rides to outdoor concert space.
Studies show the park could attract more than half a million visitors each year, and create thousands of long-term jobs.
Local leaders say it's a big step for the Capital City.
