Consultant for the East Baton Rouge Housing Authority Indicted

Accused of pocketing nearly a million dollars from the same agency in New Orleans

The Chief Financial Officer for the Housing Authority of New Orleans has been charged with embezzling nearly a million dollars from the agency.

Emily Turner found out that same man had been hired as a consultant for the East Baton Rouge Housing Authority.
