Study shows mercury levels in fish
A new federal study found unsafe levels of mercury in streams across the country.
Officials at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality say the toxic substance has shown up in fish like the largemouth bass, trout and catfish.
Experts say it doesn't matter if the fish is caught or bought in the store, it could still be contaminated with mercury. But for those of you who can't say no to a fish dinner, scientists say it's a good idea to limit how often you eat it.
