Homeowners raising houses to prevent storm flooding

Nearly a dozen home owners in the Springfield area are elevating their houses.

It costs more than a $100,000 per house. The money is often covered by FEMA grants, plus cash from the state and local parishes. But those who've done it said, it can be difficult to navigate through all of the paperwork.
