Louisiana Hospitals Cutting Back on Services

Some Louisiana hospitals have to cut back on some services because of the economy. Medicaid and Medicare aren't enough to keep hospitals going. Some have slowed down on expansion some have stopped hiring people. Baton Rouge residents say it's a shame because most of the state funding should go to hosptials. They say they can not go anywhere else.
