Residents in East Baton Rouge are pleased new sidewalks, medians, and roadways coming up, the new price tage 28.4 million dollars. Mayor Kip Holden said he's happy because it shows what collective government doing when they work together. Construction will begin in a few weeks and will be built in a September 2011.
