On Friday, Aug. 9 shortly after 12:15 a.m., Troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop A began investigating a two-vehicle fatal crash involving a motorcycle. It happened on US Hwy 190 west of LA Hwy 1145 in West Baton Rouge Parish.
