DENHAM SPRINGS, LA — The Livingston Parish Sheriff's office is investigating the drowning death of a 3 year old.

It happened around 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26 on the 38000 block of Reinninger Road in Denham Springs. Deputies say first responders performed CPR on Jarge Biggs. He was taken to the hospital - that's where he died.

The case is being treated as an accidental death.

It's the second drowning death in Livingston Parish this week.
