AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Afghanistan, a U.S. operated base was attacked by insurgents. It was hit with rocket-propelled grenades and firearms this morning. We're told the people responsible were killed.

China – Police arrest 9-people who allegedly tried to rob a 2-thousand year old cemetery, a place where a few dozen ancient kings were buried. Authorities say their suspects dug an underground tunnel to get to treasures.

Staying in China, a guy didn't want some bees to sting anymore people, so he climbed right up into the tree, without any protective gear, and somehow coaxed them all into a cardboard box.

Italy – Two lawmakers got into a fistfight in Parliament.

Apparently they didn't see eye to eye when it comes to economic reforms.

Australia – It’s been quite an experience for Queen Elizabeth on her 10-day trip to the land down under. She visited an aboriginal school and one of the students served her up some kangaroo stew.

United Kingdom – The royal mint gears up for the 2012 London Olympics. Medals for the games are now in production. It takes a special team of designers and craftsmen to make them. Each one takes about 10-hours to complete.
