AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Afghanistan, the Taliban is claiming responsibility for today's attack, the bombing happening outside of a government building. Two men and a woman wearing a burqa were found dead inside the car that exploded. This took place in an area where Nato troops are handing over all control to Afghan forces.

North Korea – Officials say they're ready to launch a controversial long-range rocket as planned. And it'll probably happen sometime this week. North Korea is still denying the launch is a secret nuclear weapons test.

Japan – Officials here are re-testing a warning system to prepare for that launch. They plan to use the system immediately after it happens to alert citizens that the rocket passed over without any problems.

Bolivia – Fights broke out at a soccer game. The chaos was triggered by a bad call by a referee. Fans who stormed the field were met by riot police. And outside the stadium cops whipped out the tear gas to break up that mob.

Hong Kong – Here the latest tour stop for a baby wooly mammoth that has said to have lived 42-thousand years ago. She was found almost perfectly preserved in permafrost by a Siberian reindeer herder back in 2007. Now she's the main attraction on a 4-year world tour.
