AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Brazil, Chevron is claiming about 500-barrels of oil has leaked out of an offshore well since last week. But local officials think it’s more like a thousand and they haven’t been told if the hole's been plugged. Outside a Chevron office in Brazil protestors say they don't want to see another oil spill like ours in the Gulf of Mexico.

Peru – A skeleton has researchers baffled. That's because it has an oddly shaped head. It's triangular with oversized eye cavities. Local media are reporting it’s an alien. Others are saying it simply belonged to a child with a weird shaped head.

Mexico – Flight attendants stripping down to pull their airlines out of bankruptcy. The calendar they posed for is a little too risqué to show you. The pinups are hoping the sale of them can help 85-hundred of their coworkers get back on planes.

Japan – Tokyo's Sky Tree has set a new Guinness record as the world's tallest tower.

The broadcasting tower stands at 2,080-feet tall. Local leaders are hoping it will help boost tourism.

England – Lebron James hung out with hoop-lovers at the London School of Basketball. One of the kids got a once in a lifetime shot to take the Miami Heat star on one on one. And will forever have the memory of getting dunked on. The crowed loved it though.

Tune in every night at 9:00 p.m. on FOX44 New Baton Rouge for more Around the World.
