AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Germany, a man dressed up as old St. Nick is accused of drugging unsuspecting holiday revelers. He passed out drugged drinks to people in Berlin's Christmas market. A 15-year-old was his last victim. She took a sip, went into strong convulsions and started throwing up. At least eight other people said the same thing happened to them.

Libya – About 5-thousand missiles belonging to former Libyan leader Moammar Khaddafy have now been discovered. Dozens of surface-to-air missiles were being blown up East of Tripoli. The U.S. has been working with Libya’s interim government to find the weapons and try to keep them away from Al-Qaeda and other militant groups.

South Korea – The designer of a skyscraper in Seoul issued an apology to some who think it looks too much like the twin towers when they were under attack. The Dutch firm who created it says they didn't mean to strike a nerve but that sorry doesn’t mean they'll change the design.

Italy – The talk of Rome today is a cat who just inherited 13-million dollars. His owner who just died also left him a manor, 2-apartments, and a big old piece of land.

The Philippines – Here's a dancing cop that keeps traffic moving with his dance moves and he is dressed up as Santa.

He gets some strange looks but also a lot of smiles, even during rush hour.
