AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Guantanamo Bay, news outlet Al Jazeera reports that back in 2003, "Sesame Street" tunes were used to torture prisoners. They are claiming that inmates were attached to chairs and were forced to wear earphones with nothing to do but listen to the music blaring in their ears for hours sometimes days.
China – A dramatic rescue here as crews save a driver, after his truck falls into a pit. It fell off a bridge and landed upside down in a watery hole. Firefighters were able to remove a door, and then cranes lifted the truck. They eventually pulled the driver out to safely 2-hours later.
United States – It's a typical day at a neighborhood bar in Minnesota until a truck slams through the wall and straight into the bar. Someone pulled a bob cat from the parking lot to help free some of the patrons pinned up against the bar. Two customers were seriously injured. The driver suffered some sort of medical condition moments before the crash.
Pacific Ocean – The SpaceX Dragon capsule safely returned to earth today. The unmanned cargo ship detached from the International Space Station and 3-main parachutes guided the capsule down off the coast of Baja, California. Boats were there to receive the capsule and they will take the cargo inside to Los Angeles.
