AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – India, a bad batch of moonshine killed at least one hundred people. Instead of a buzz, people who drank the stuff were poisoned. Apparently, home mad alcohol is popular among the poor here, because it’s cheap and easy to get. The Indian government is promising to crack down on illegal liquor vendors.

Honduras – Journalists clashed with cops and soldiers during a protest. There were 24-news professionals reportedly murdered in the country during the past 8-years. Journalists marched to the presidential palace and tried to break through a barrier. That's when police and troops took out batons and tear gas.

Chile – Doctors in Santiago say they've successfully separated conjoined twin girls during a marathon 20-hour surgery. Mom and dad said their goodbyes before the operation. One surgeon says it was tough and tricky but the twins are doing well.

Mexico – Thousands of flamingos have the right idea by flocking here for the winter. Some 45-thousand packs into a protected wetland reserve every year. And it really is a sight to see.

France – You can now ice skate on the first level of the Eiffel Tower. A rink was set up just in time for the holidays and a bunch of middle school kids were the first ones to try it out.
