AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Kazakhstan, Daniel Burbank is an American astronaut training in Russia and he seems to be getting along just fine with the cosmonauts. They've been training for a mission at the Cosmodrome. They'll blast off into space on Tuesday. In a Soyuz spacecraft, the kind that's replacing the retired space shuttle fleet. The trio will spend 4-months up there.

Germany – A practice run for a new conductor goes very wrong. Luckily the teacher and trainee were able to jump out of the train before it derailed. Firefighters rushed to the scene to pump diesel out of the train to avoid an explosion.

Hong Kong – Better late than never, all these people lined up like we did a few weeks ago to get an iPhone 4S.

Africa – The black rhino is no longer. A conservation group declared the animal extinct.

The demand for their horns is at an all-time high; one pound fetching 25,000-dollars. The white rhino is on the brink of extinction.

United Kingdom – It's ice skating for all ages and flippers. London's only outdoor rink decides to invite penguins to its winter season opening this year. Five penguins were the first to strut their stuff on the ice Wednesday night. The penguins were seemingly amused as they watched a female ice skater circle around them.
