AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Mexico, a famous volcano is blowing its top once again. Popocatepetl is spewing another impressive display of ash. The volcano erupted yesterday and authorities are recommending residents to stay at least 7-miles away from the crater. Ash could even reach Mexico City.

Canada – An interesting case of detached feet in that country. In fact, it’s the eleventh foot that has washed ashore on the western coast. The latest find coming late last night. The foot and part of the leg was attached to a running shoe. It's the 11th discovery of its kind since 2007.

Chile – More than 30-high school and university students stormed the offices of Chile’s Education Ministry in Santiago. All of them want the education minister to step down. According to local media, police arrived on the scene as the students began to enter the building. The calls started after a 16-year-old student was gunned down in Santiago last week during another protest.

Libya – Moammar Khaddafy’s son Saif Al Islam is vowing to continue resistance to the rebel forces that ousted his father from government. During a statement broadcast on a Syrian owned TV channel, Saif said his father was doing well and warned rebel forces against trying to enter the family's hometown of Sirte, still under Khaddafy's control. He also urged Libyans to move against rebel forces and slammed Nato for dealing with a former Al-Qaeda member believed to have been appointed to a post within the new government.
