AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – The Philippines, conditions are desperate here. People are without homes and without food after the massive storm sent walls of water and mud through villages. Seven-hundred people are dead and the Red Cross says close to a thousand are still missing. They're looking for them under the rubble.

Russia – Time is running out to rescue a few dozen people who were on board an oil rig that capsized in freezing water. Of the 70-workers that were on it rescue crews were only able to pluck 14-workers out of the icy water and get them to the hospital.

Colombia – Soccer fans here take their losses seriously. The visiting team came out victorious and that sparked an all-out riot. The police stepped in before the mob could break into the other team’s locker room. Lots of injuries have been reported.

Chile – An update on the 10-month-old Siamese twins that were separated during a marathon 24-hour surgery last week. One of the twins died over the weekend with heart problems and doctors say it'll be a miracle if her sister survives.

England – Prince William and his wife Kate are at the Imperial War Museum in London for an awards ceremony honoring Britain’s military. Both William and his brother Harry serve in the military. William is a rescue helicopter pilot and Harry is in the British army.
