AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – Switzerland, we're told a scuffle began after a North Korean official dismissed a U.N. report on his country's human rights record calling it ‘useless’. That's when South Korean lawmakers got in his face and started throwing punches. The confrontation in Geneva comes amid reports that China has forced dozens of North Koreans to return to their homeland after they tried to flee to the South.

Bangladesh – Tens of thousands of protesters demanded the government step down and hold new elections. The country's main opposition party leader called for a neutral party to oversee the election process.

Bolivia – Thousands of farmers rallied in the capital city of La Paz to protest an international ban on coca leaves. They say they want the world to stop demonizing their sacred plant, which is the raw ingredient used to make cocaine. The farmers argue the leaves are nutritious. The U.N. declared the leaves illegal back in 1961.

Japan – A volcano in the south erupted violently for the second day in a row. Officials alerted folks living in the area that these are its most powerful eruptions in 3-years.
