AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – United States, the Florida teen with a 3-foot spear in his skull is on the road to recovery. The 16-year-old was shot accidentally while fishing earlier this month. The spear was about 1-inch above his right eye and went straight through. You could feel the tip under the skin on the posterior part of the skull. Doctors say the spear missed every major blood vessel and did not hit the portion of the brain that controls speech. Minus some trouble using the left side of his body he is expected to make a full recovery.
Egypt – There are mixed report about the health of former Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak. Some sources say Mubarak is clinically dead because his heart stopped.
