Bathroom bandit strikes again; charged with obscenity at public restroom

A man with a history of bad behavior in a public restroom was busted again. This time he’s accused of exposing himself to people near the kids’ water fountain.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that Floyd J. Fontenot, 66, was arrested on Wednesday, June 26 for Obscenity. According to reports, he was seen in the men’s restroom exposing himself in the direction of the public fountains at the Lake Charles Civic Center.

Fontenot has a previous arrest at the same restroom. In 2011 he was booked during a sting operation. Officials did not provide any further details regarding that incident.

Fontenot was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center.

Then maybe as punishment the instrument of his crime should be cut off so in the future he want have a offending apendage to show to anyone ever again.
