Couple wanted for cashing counterfeit checks at local businesses

Two people are wanted by police for allegedly cashing counterfeit checks at businesses around town.

The Baton Rouge Police Department is currently seeking James Tullos, 44, and Tammy Torina, 33. Both are wanted for Felony Theft, Forgery, and Monetary Instrument Abuse.

Officials say the two have been seen traveling in a 2001, Dodge Dakota, four-door, with the Louisiana tag B793795.
