Time for Baton Rouge to make some major changes in the legal system starting at the Mayors job and working down through the police dept.s something is really wrong here , you cant drive through B R without taking your life in your own hands these days and its not getting any better, WHY, punks arent afraid of any type of law enforcement, WHY, because they know even when caught nothing is done to them because most are under 17 and they are given a free pass to do it again.
