GONZALES, LA (FOX44) — Three people have been arrested in Gonzales for operating a meth lab.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office said they arrested Scott Roussel (28), after investigating a tip that he was making methamphetamine at his house.
On December 27, the Sherriff’s office performed a search warrant at Roussel’s home in the 14,100 block of Mire Road.
According to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, a lab being used to manufacture methamphetamine was discovered, as well as several precursor chemicals, required to create the drug.
Two other people, Kandi Pierre (18) and Seth Finley (28), were arrested during the search of Roussel’s home.
All three suspects were booked into the Ascension Parish Jail and charged with: creation of a clandestine lab, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule IV CDS, and possession of a legend drug
Roussel, Pierre, and Finley were each issued a bond of $101,085.
