ADDIS, LA (FOX44) — A Grambling State football player and an accomplice were arrested for possession of marijuana.

Akiee Turner along with Troy Harris were caught in Addis on Sunday, Sept. 9 with what authorities believe were two bags of marijuana and a cigar filled with marijuana.

According to police, Harris admitted to smoking marijuana before getting in the car.

Both have bonded out of the West Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
