Shreveport man arrested on 50 counts of child pornography

A 61-year-old Shreveport man was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 9, and charged with 50 counts of possessing child pornography.

According to the LA Attorney General’s High Technology Crime Unit, Paul Allen Baker violated a state law forbidding a person to produce, distribute, possess, or possess with the intent to distribute pornography involving juveniles.

Baker was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center and could face up to 20 years in prison on each count if convicted.
