BATON ROUGE, LA — Louisiana State Police Detectives are asking for assistance from the public in helping to locate an individual responsible for a vehicle burglary and credit card theft which occurred in East Baton Rouge Parish.
State Police detectives were informed that late in the evening on Saturday, August 3, 2013, a credit card and multiple other items were stolen out of a vehicle parked on Grand View Dr. in Baton Rouge which is located in the Briarwood Gardens subdivision (Airline Hwy. south of Pecue Ln.) The stolen card was used at many locations around Baton Rouge during the early morning hours of August 4, 2013. The first location was a Circle K gas station located at 5605 Jones Creek Rd. in Baton Rouge. This is the only location where the suspect entered a store with surveillance video.
The attached surveillance photos show the suspect’s vehicle, which is a green extended cab pickup truck (possibly an older model Ford F-150) with a grey/silver stripe along the bottom. The surveillance photos also show a dark haired white male suspect wearing a white T-shirt with a blue smiley face, blue jeans, and black shoes.

No piece of information should be considered insignificant. Investigators will follow all leads in an effort to bring this case to a close.
