BATON ROUGE, LA (FOX44) — A teen and 21-year-old man have been arrested for allegedly shooting a man to death after they forced their way into his home. Now, police have identified a third suspect and are actively looking to find him.
The Baton Rouge Police Department reports that the teen was the first arrested for the incident that happened on Wayndotte Street on Nov. 6. Officials say the 14-year-old boy was identified as a shooter and was charged with First-Degree Murder on Nov. 15.
The second suspect, Juan Hebert, 21, was actually injured during the incident. Police say Hebert was accidentally shot by one of the three suspects. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Today, he was medically discharged and taken into custody. He is also charged with First-Degree Murder.
A third suspect, Benjamin Bailey, 20, of Baton Rouge is currently wanted by police.
