LSU Police need help identifying three suspects who allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint outside an apartment complex near the edge of campus.

Officials say the incident happened around 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 29 near the West Campus Apartments. We’re told the three male suspects approached the male victim, pulled out a gun and demanded money.

“One suspect held the gun and another punched the victim, causing him minor injuries,” Cpt. Cory Lalonde, LSU Police Department, noted. “The victim [who is not an LSU student] refused medical treatment at the scene.”

The suspects took the victim’s wallet and were seen driving off in an older model maroon car. They were driving northbound on Aster Street.

The photos attached to this story were taken from surveillance cameras at various local stores where the believed suspects tried to use the victim’s credit card.
