BATON ROUGE, LA — The Louisiana Workforce Commission is holding a two-day recruiting event for General Dynamics, which seeks to hire up to 600 people for a call center in Bogalusa.
The events will be held Monday, August 5, from noon to 4:00 p.m., and Tuesday, August 6, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the LWC’s Washington Parish Business and Career Solutions Center, 420 Avenue B, Bogalusa.
General Dynamics will accept applications and conduct on-site interviews for positions ranging from entry level to management including training specialist, office/program project administrator assistant, human resources generalist, senior human resources generalist, temporary full-time customer service representatives, customer service manager, customer service supervisor and customer service senior manager.
Potential applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of six months customer service, secretarial or telemarketing experience is required.
General Dynamics manufacturers business aircraft, military combat vehicles, weapons systems and munitions, ships, marine systems and other information systems and technologies.
