ASCENSION PARISH — Ascension Parish Department of Public Works officials say starting Monday Oct. 29 a parish bridge will be closed to through traffic.  Parish DPW Director Ronnie Fairchild said the bridge, located on Babin Road at Bayou Goudine, will be closed for approximately one month for bridge repairs.
