Gonzales duo grills to perfection

Two Gonzales grillers were named grand champs of the grill Saturday.

Adam Gautreau and Jason White beat out 27 other teams at the Sam's Club National Barbeque Competition.

Cooks had to create the perfect: chicken ribs pork and brisket to get to the top spot. Each team's bbq dishes gets scored on appearance taste and tenderness.

The Gonzales bbq champs will get to go to the regional competition this September in Oklahoma.
