Coin collectors in Plaquemine can now bring in their old and forgotten heirlooms, and possibly make big bucks.

It's part of a global tour the International Coin Collectors Association is on.
They stopped in Plaquemine to try to get money to folks with forgotten antique gold and silver.
Tour manager Tim Brown says it's rewarding to see the look on people's faces when they have something of value.

"I think that's the neatest thing, it's like going and buying lottery tickets, but you don't have to pay for lottery tickets, you just bring those items in and have big winners."- said ICCA Field Manager Tim Brown
