Jury decides fate of BR man accused of killing grandfather
BATON ROUGE, LA (FOX44) — A jury has decided the fate of a Baton Rouge man accused of killing his grandpa, and then setting his house on fire in 2009.
After a week in court, the jury found Dustin Musso guilty of First Degree Murder.
His sentence took a little over two hours to decide.
Musso will spend the rest of his life in jail without parole.
