LUMBERTON, Miss. (AP) - The General Services Administration has put a single lot of 484 FEMA trailers at the Lumberton staging area up for bid.

AVONDALE, La. (AP) - The USS New York, built with 7.5 tons of steel from the World Trade Center site, is heading to its namesake city. The warship left the Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding's yard in Avondale Tuesday.
