EBR Parish Public Libraries to Open Late Friday

The Main Library, 7711 Goodwood Blvd., will open at 9 a.m. on Friday, January 8, instead of 8 a.m. due to expected weather conditions. All other library branches will open at 9 a.m. as planned. The Main Library will open at 8 a.m.
