'Cougar' dating billboard draws controversy

Cougars finally have a place to turn to meet younger men, and apparently it's the Sunset Strip.

An online dating site designed for "cougars," or older women who pursue significantly younger men, chose the location for a new billboard that might have drivers doing a double take.

The billboard shows an attractive blonde woman sipping a cocktail next to the text: "CougarLife.com for Motherf***ers."

CougarLife.com calls the area of West Hollywood the "epicenter" of "America's Cougar Capital," claiming the 90069 zip code is home to the most cougars per capita in America.

Calling itself the leading online dating site for "sexy single moms and divorcees," CougarLife.com allows "cougars" to search for "cubs" and vice versa.

"Millions of women are having fulfilling relationships with younger men," CougarLife president Claudia Opdenkelder says on the website. "So what are you waiting for? You don't have to be Courteney Cox or Jennifer Lopez to land a cute cub."

"Whether you're recently divorced, never married or just one yummy mummy, I promise you will find what you're looking for," Opdenkelder says.
