St. Tammany Parish, La — Family members of a Slidell man contacted the Sheriff’s Office last night after he failed to return home from a mid-day fishing trip. Following an extensive search, deputies located the body of the missing boater.
At approximately 9:00 p.m. on April 23, the Sheriff’s Office received a call from the family of Ricky Nguyen, 20, stating that he had left the Lakeshore Estates area around noon to go fishing but failed to return home.
