Players suspended in Saints bounty program appealing

UNITED STATES (FOX44) — The four New Orleans Saints players suspended by the NFL over the team's bounty program appealed their punishments Monday.
Anthony Hargrove, Will Smith, Jonathan Vilma and Scott Fujita all came to New York to make their appeals directly to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
The NFL said the four players participated directly in the team's so called bounty program that offered players money for injuring opposing players.
Goodell will preside of the appeal hearing as representatives of both the league and players plead their cases.
No decision is expected Monday.
